I received a call from an Asian call centre where the person on the other end insisted they were representing Microsoft. They mentioned that my IP address had been switched from private to public, which sounded rather dubious to me. Clearly, that's not the case!

Definitely a scam, you can tell it’s not even a number based in the UK.

This call came from someone who claimed to be with Microsoft, speaking with an Asian accent. They warned that everyone can see my IP address. Definitely felt like a scam, so I just ended the call.
