2 yearsI got a call from a woman with a foreign accent who, weirdly, knew my name. She kept mentioning something about refunds but I honestly couldn’t catch most of what she was saying. When I asked her to say it again, all she did was yell “refunds, refunds!” I wasn’t having any of it, so I told her she’d dialled the wrong number and ended the call.2 yearsGot a call from an asian guy saying he was with Virgin Media, telling me there was some kind of problem with their system. Asked me to test my internet speed. Thing is, about two hours earlier I’d already had someone from an asian call centre pretending to be Virgin Media, so I was a bit suspicious.
