Got a phone call from them but I’m not sure why since I’ve never had any contact with the folks they said they were from.

I got a call about giving me a refund on some insurance policy I never even had. I told them my husband had passed away 5 years ago and they shouldn’t be trying to talk to him, but they just carried on like I was him or something. After a bit of this, I just ended the call.

Got a call from someone claiming to be Domestic Repairs saying I was owed a refund of £149.99, same old story as before. I told her if I’d actually got all those £149.99 refunds, I’d be loaded by now! She kept insisting she already had my full bank details, so she just needed to send the money to me. She even had my address and birthday. After I kept saying it’s obviously a scam, she finally hung up. Been through this routine so many times now.
