2 yearsGot a call from someone who said they were from BT, but had a really heavy foreign accent. They told me my broadband had loads of issues. I threw a few questions at him, and next thing he says I’m not clued up enough to carry on talking! 😂 Then he went on about how all broadband providers use BT’s lines - but that’s rubbish, Virgin definitely don’t. Also, he claimed he was working out of BT’s Newgate Street office, but I know they left that place two years back. Pretty obvious this was just a con.JohnBTLondonVirginNewgate StreetSubmit Your Own Report (01256 212289)
