I heard him out, but as soon as he started requesting my personal info, I cut the conversation short and hung up. I've blocked the number since then.

Got a call about loft insulation, sounded like one of those dodgy scams. The message was either fully recorded or super rehearsed. They said something like "I'm your local advisor for your area code" but when I tried to ask where exactly they meant, the recording just kept going on like they didn’t hear me. If there was a real person there, they were top-notch at pretending they didn’t hear anything but the bits they needed and just pushing through with their spiel.
