For the last couple of weeks, I've been getting this recorded message claiming TalkTalk will disconnect my broadband today. They’ve been ringing me loads, like every two hours on most days. Properly frustrating!

Got a call from a bloke with a strong Indian accent claiming he was from BT, trying to help with my sluggish internet and router problems. Since I’m not actually with BT, I just let him go on for a bit. Then I mentioned my router’s flashing light was purple and only one light was on, and he suddenly ended the call. Not sure why he cut me off - I kinda like the colour purple, honestly.
