got a missed call earlier from a number ending in 160442, same area code as this one. then this asian woman called claiming to be from bt about my broadband. told her i was busy and couldn’t chat, and she just hung up on me straight away. felt a bit rude and unprofessional. not sure if it was legit or some scam, but if it’s real, they really need to work on their customer service skills.
