This number rang me a staggering seven times in just a single day! Thankfully, I’ve got caller ID, so I opted not to pick up.

This morning at 10am, I received a call from a chap with an Asian accent claiming to be from BT, insisting there was an issue with my internet. I informed him there was no problem on my end and inquired about his location. After a moment’s pause, he muttered Nottingham—seems geography wasn’t his forte. When I replied, “Oh, I don’t think so,” he tried to intimidate me by saying he’d disconnect my internet. I simply said, “Go ahead then,” and promptly ended the conversation.

Had a couple of calls within the last two days. I told them to bog off, yet they still carry on as if I hadn’t said a word!

Received a call from a woman who claimed to be representing BT, but it seemed rather dodgy. She insisted she didn’t have access to a computer or any BT line. Quite frankly, it felt like a scam, so I told her where to go and hung up.

I received a call from an Indian woman around 11 this morning. She claimed there was an issue with my BT internet and started going over some instructions to resolve it. When I raised my concerns about whether it was a legitimate call, she mentioned a few things I could do to verify her claims. Yet, when I continued to voice my scepticism, she abruptly terminated the call!

Rang me bright and early at eight this morning. For a moment, I was convinced it was one of my daughters! But lo and behold, it was a lady with an accent, chirping away with a "good morning, how are you?" I couldn't help but yell, "Who is this?" a couple of times, and then she hung up on me! Good riddance!

I never hand out my personal phone number, so I had a hunch this was a dubious call. However, being woken up at 8 in the morning? Not a fan of that, to say the least!

Rip-off alert! An Asian chap rang me up claiming to be from my internet provider, threatening to cut my service because of supposed hacking. He couldn't even tell me my name, so I decided to call my provider directly. Turns out, it was all a con! They told me to hang up immediately.

Today, I've received a couple of curious calls at around 8:25 AM and again at 9:48 AM concerning my broadband. The caller, a woman with a distinctly Indian accent, claimed to be representing B.T. However, when I pressed for further details, I was met with silence both times. Quite peculiar, really!

I've received two calls from this number on my landline within a mere hour, inquiring about BT services and my computer. The voice sounded Asian and was rather relentless. I’d really prefer to have these calls halted, as they are quite disconcerting.

I received a call from an Asian gentleman who purportedly represented a service, suggesting my Internet connection would be terminated. As soon as I probed further about the consequences of pressing the buttons he had instructed me to, he abruptly hung up. Quite dodgy, if you ask me!

I received a phone call just now. When I picked up, there was absolute silence on the line before it abruptly disconnected. I've gone through all the motions to block these nuisances—I've opted out of numerous lists and even unplugged my landline for a whole week, relying solely on my mobile. Yet, despite my efforts, these numpties persist in ringing me.

I received a call from someone purporting to be from the BT technical team, stating they were reaching out regarding my internet service. I was rather sceptical of their authenticity, so I politely declined to engage further and ended the conversation. This number has now been added to my BT Caller Protect blocklist for good measure.

I mentioned that I was well aware it was indeed a con and told him he should feel quite embarrassed about his actions. I even asked if his mother was aware of what he was up to for a job. Almost immediately, he hung up.

I received a call from this number not long ago. The caller purporting to be from BT's tech support informed me that my email account had supposedly been compromised. They provided a phone number, 01793 596931, for me to ring back and confirm their identity, but I’m convinced it’s a scam. It’s evident that these fraudsters are employing the same old tricks but swapping out the numbers.

To clarify their claims about a supposed issue with our line or broadband, I promptly contacted BT myself, only to discover it was all fabricated. Just a friendly reminder, never divulge your personal information to anyone calling you out of the blue!

I promptly ended the conversation. She rang me back, and I advised her to take my information off her list and refrain from calling me once more.
