They went on about how my loyalty as a customer had made me eligible for an upgrade, which sounded rather enticing, I’ll admit. However, the thing is, I've never been an EE customer in the first place! They changed both my email address and password. Thankfully, I spotted the dodgy behaviour pretty quickly and rang EE straight away to freeze my SIM and secure the account.
