I received a rather unexpected phone call earlier from someone claiming to be a local energy specialist. I politely declined, as I can't shake the feeling that this might not be a genuine or secure caller.

somebody rang me saying they were doing free loft surveys to spot any condensation damage, only doing it for people aged 50 to 80. they tried to set up a date for it but i just said no and ended the call.
