These lot keep ringing me but I just ignore it. Sometimes they call using Skype, which shows up as some international number on my phone. Still, I don’t pick up. They also try different numbers to hide who they are, but I never answer calls from numbers I don’t know. This number has rung me loads of times without anyone speaking. My partner picked up today and some foreign sounding person with an English name was on the line. They started a survey but she cut them off halfway. After that, they kept calling back trying to finish it, even though I told them we’re on the TPS list and don’t want any more calls. On Monday, a bloke rang and when I asked why he needed my details, he said it was “because I like the sound of your voice, Ma’am!” Just now, a lady rang from the same number. Today at precisely 12:56, I received a call from an unfamiliar number. I tend to avoid answering calls from unknown sources, so I let it roll to voicemail. Only if the caller is someone I recognise do I bother to pick up. My number isn’t listed publicly, but it seems that doesn’t deter these nuisances. As expected, no message was left. Honestly, it’s high time that the phone service providers and OFFCOM took action to eliminate these pestering businesses. It seems there are individuals profiting at the expense of the rest of us.

I had quite an unpleasant experience with a rather abrasive gentleman who had a thick Indian accent claiming to be called John, representing an outfit by the name of Way of Life. He insisted on asking me a series of questions, which I politely declined to engage with. When I requested to be taken off their calling list, he rather curtly informed me that he couldn't comply until I had responded to all his queries. Quite frustrated, I reiterated that I had no intention of participating in this conversation, labelling his call a bothersome interruption. To that, he simply disconnected without another word!

The phone rang and the person on the other end started by saying my name. They said they were calling from somewhere, but I couldn’t catch it no matter how many times I asked them to repeat. Then they asked me something, which I also had to ask them to say again multiple times. It sounded like they were enquiring about how I watch my TV. Next, this person asked if I was working, unemployed, or retired. I told them that was none of their business and ended the call. If companies hire people to do surveys, they should at least make sure those people can speak clear English!

I received calls on the 28th of October at 9:20 in the morning, another on the 27th at 6:22 in the evening, and yet another one on the 12th at 3:43 in the afternoon. They all just hung up without saying a word.

Got a call from a lady with an Asian accent, but I just couldn't catch what she was saying no matter how many times I asked her to repeat. She mentioned something that sounded like "Rio Flights" or something along those lines. She mixed up my name but oddly had the correct postcode. When I questioned her where she found my number, she claimed it was from a public database. Told her to take me off the list, and then she just ended the call on me.

I recently received a call from this number and it seems I've taken a firm stance against all pesky callers - this one's been flagged numerous times as dubious. I typically refrain from picking up, opting instead to use 1471 to check who’s tried to reach me. The caller ID shows an area code of 01255 5..., which hails from Harwich in Essex. Hence, I’ll be steering clear of returning the call. In this day and age, it would make perfect sense for the number to be accompanied by the caller’s details. Surely it's not too much to ask for that to be included alongside any incoming calls, is it?

It's rather infuriating, isn't it? Every time I pick up, I'm greeted with nothing but silence on the other end. I've received my fair share of these calls-two just this evening, in fact! I never bother returning the calls as I can't help but suspect they’re some sort of scam or a ploy to connect me to an expensive line. It's such a nuisance! There’s this thing called the TPS, but it don’t help with calls from overseas, which is rubbish. I kindly request that this relentless nuisance comes to an end. An individual, purportedly from India, reached out to me - though I couldn't catch his name due to his rather poor command of English. He claimed to be conducting a survey, yet proceeded to grill me with overly intrusive and personal queries, which I firmly declined to respond to. When I inquired about a contact email, website, or phone number, his retort was nothing short of baffling: he simply told me to “go away.” Excuse me, but he was the one who called me in the first place! Surely, there must be some measures in place to address this situation, as it is in dire need of attention.

Some bloke called Michael with an Asian accent rang me up and wanted me to answer a few questions. I told him straight away that I don’t do questionaires over the phone.
