I got a robocall pretending to be from ‘Visa’ about two suspicious charges - one was £400, the other £700 sent through Western Union. At the end of the recording, there was a list of options, and I pressed 3 to listen again. Instead, I got connected to a woman with an Asian accent who started going over the same info. I cut her off to ask which bank the card was with, but she couldn’t say. She kept insisting she wasn’t from any bank, just Visa. I ended up hanging up.
