i got a call from a woman saying her name was Steffy, she said she was from 'Churchill Insurance' and mentioned something about a car crash. she told me she was ringing from Manchester. i swear, she was just making it all up, total liar.

They ring me every single day, no exception. It's like they’re stalking me or something, really annoying. I've blocked the number but they just keep trying, never saying a word though and definitely don’t stop.

Got a call from some unknown spammer talking about a supposed accident. My phone showed it as an international number, just like the recent wave of calls I've been getting from those "012" numbers. Seems like these scammers from abroad are buying UK numbers to make their scams seem more legit.

Just had another one of those dodgy accident claim people ring me up, proper pain in the neck!

I got a call from some accident helpline, told them I’m done with all this nonsense and just hung up!

someone rang me pretending to be from direct line about a crash they said i was involved in, where another car hit the back of mine. as soon as i asked when they said the accident happened, they just cut the call abruptly.
