Sounds like a total scam to me. I got a recorded call claiming my Amazon Prime was up for renewal and told me to press 1 to talk to someone. Thing is, I’ve never even signed up for Amazon Prime! I’ve gone ahead and reported the number to the ICO since it’s clearly dodgy.
