Some already left bt after too many of these calls. Best to just hang up quick as its not legit and just hassle.

These are definite con artists. Just end the call and block the number straight away.

this robotic female voice said she was from bt warning me my bt number was involved in fraud. i'm not even a bt customer, so obviously a scam. i've had loads of trouble with supposed bt techs calling me about my computer being hacked and offering help. they were only after cash. when i contacted bt directly, they confirmed it wasn’t them. i told them if it happened again i'd quit - and so i did. i just hung up on that robotic call straight away.
