Today I got a call saying I could get compensation for a recent crash. Since my car was dinged up not long ago, I thought it was about the damage, but then they mentioned I could claim around £3,000 to £4,000. That didn’t quite add up since it wasn’t a bad accident and luckily no one got hurt. When I asked who they were and for more details, they dodged the questions and quickly switched the subject. It felt really fishy, so I ended the call. After looking into it, I’m glad I didn’t get caught up in whatever scam that was. Watch out folks, these calls can be dodgy!

This number belongs to some sales people who want you to switch your phone service to them. They could be anyone and I bet the prices they quote you end up being way higher than what they claim!

Loads of these calls come through and no one talks when I pick up. They mostly ring during the evening. I blocked the number but then another one called me. When I answered, the bloke asked why I had blocked him, so I just hung up. It's starting to make me a bit uneasy.
