The message said there were two recent charges on my card - one was around £300 from Amazon, and the other was £1100 from some international money transfer site. They said these payments looked suspicious and unauthorised since I’ve never used those on this card before. They told me to press 1 to cancel the transactions or 2 to speak to someone for help.
