I just received a call from this number, and it featured an automated message claiming to be from my bank. They warned that there was a transaction of 900 quid intended for online shopping, and instructed me to press 1 if I wasn’t responsible. I did that twice, but the call ended abruptly both times. Quite suspicious, if you ask me!

Turns out, the organisation is named Housing Triage and they were inquiring whether I'd had cavity wall insulation done in the past year. When I mentioned that I was a tenant, they informed me they couldn’t assist me with anything further, expressed their gratitude for my call, and that was the end of our conversation. Quite straightforward, really!

Since the 9th of June, I've been bombarded with 15 phone calls. I've reported all these numbers to both the ICO and Action Fraud. If you're getting calls from any of these, I'd advise blocking them straight away as they've all been confirmed as cold callers.
