They are purporting to be from Virgin, insisting that my internet security has been breached. However, after reaching out to Virgin directly on their official number, they’ve confirmed that all is well with my internet connection. Just a word of caution - these callers might try to pressure you into using your laptop to give them access. Stay vigilant!
