The message claimed there was suspicious activity on my account and that hundreds of pounds might be taken out soon. They asked me to ring this number to 'fix' the problem. I never actually got a call from it though. The email wasn’t even personalised - no proper greeting or my full name - just a push to get me to respond quickly.
