They told me to press a button to chat to an advisor if I wanted to stop it. The people on the other end said they needed my details live on the call to cancel the renewal. Turns out, they use your info to buy expensive stuff like iPhones and laptops on contract, and also make purchases on dodgy Chinese sites with your card. Honestly, watch out for this scam and don’t give out any info!
