The call showed as spam, so I declined to pick up. Right when the phone rang, I got a text saying someone was attempting to access my O2 account and needed a verification code. I looked up the number afterwards and it all seemed a bit dodgy.

Received a call from someone saying they were with O2, but honestly it was really hard to make out what they were saying. Quite suspicious if you ask me, definitely seemed a scam.

Got a call from someone saying they were with o2. They sent me a one-time password and tried to get me to give it to them during the call. I didn’t fall for it and said no. The guy, who sounded like he was from India, got really angry. I hung up straight away and then told o2 about it.
