She rattled on about a supposed 30% discount, yet claims I shouldn't disclose my passcode over the phone. To add to the confusion, she then sent me a couple of texts prompting me for my “account number”-which is essentially the same as my passcode. Ironically, one of the texts read “DO NOT SHARE THIS NUMBER WITH O2.” Then, of course, she asked me for that very number. I decided to cut the conversation short and hung up, only for her to ring me back from another number, finishing with 464.
