Got a call from someone claiming to be from BT saying my internet was acting up and needed sorting. They wanted me to give details about my router. I asked for some sort of ID or proof, and they just passed me a number to ring back. Tried calling it and the number doesn't even exist! Sounded so familiar too - I reckon it was the same person pranking me before. Honestly, it'd be great if these scammers got banned for good.
