I keep getting calls from this number almost every day, like 4 or 5 times. When I pick up, all I hear is someone laughing before they suddenly hang up. They usually ring me as early as 7.30 in the morning.

This person claimed to be from TalkTalk and said they had to disable my computer connection for a couple of weeks. They asked me to get near my computer so they could guide me through some steps. I asked how I could be sure it was actually them. The call started cutting out, so I ended up hanging up.

Phone rang a couple of times, but the person on the other end wasn't speaking English. Couldn't figure out what language it was at all.
