It’s curious how whenever topics like this come up in the media-similar to PPI-it seems to attract a swarm of less-than-reputable individuals ready to take advantage of the situation. I didn't let her get very far in her spiel since I’m already retired, but I urge caution. If you suspect you're being charged too much for your pension, it's best to take matters into your own hands and investigate independently.

I received a rather peculiar message on my BT Answerphone from these individuals. There was no actual conversation, merely the sound of an uproarious office in the background. My home number had been bombarded with such calls, predominantly from overseas, which led me to invest in the BT 6500. Honestly, it’s been a game changer! This clever gadget allows you to send those unwanted calls straight to voicemail, much to their irritation. For the last three months, I haven't had a single direct call!
