In just 6 hours, they've rung me 11 times. I've already told them to remove me from their list and stop phoning, as we've lived here for NINE years. The people on the phone were really rude and shouted a lot, insisting we're on some "electric emergency rates" right now and must talk to the owner straight away. They claimed there was a 'change of tenancy' recorded for this address and said we're paying ridiculously high rates per unit, and they can lower it for us. It's complete nonsense. No clue how they got hold of my number, but they just won't quit. I'd recommend blocking their number after the first call - it really helps keep your cool!
