Had three calls today - first one was around 9 in the morning, then again at 1 and finally at 2. Didn't pick up any of them and there wasn’t even a voicemail left.

These cheeky scammers keep blowing up my phone all the time, like every hour, claiming something about Virgin or Sky box subscriptions. It’s so obvious they’re just fishing for my bank info. I’ve blocked the numbers but they still manage to get through. Proper annoying!

Got a call from a woman claiming our Virgin Media box would stop working in a week due to some big updates nearby. She said they’d send us a new one and that our monthly bill’d go down since we’re retired. She already knew our name and where we lived, just asked for our bank info to change the direct debit. Bit fishy if you ask me.

Got a phone call just before midday from someone saying they were from Sky, sorting out issues with their boxes. I rang back about half an hour later and only got their answerphone. Then, out of the blue, HSBC phoned asking if I’d had trouble with my online banking. So confusing - who was that Sky person really?

This number was unknown to me, so I just let it ring out. There was no voicemail left either. I reckon they’ll give up after a few times of no answer.

Picked up the phone and all I got was silence, then suddenly a beep and the call just dropped.
