Got a call on my home phone from a woman with an Asian accent who said she was from Virgin Media. She told me the internet was slow and might be because of some outside problem. Then she wanted me to download an app on my phone that would let them get access remotely. I didn’t trust it and ended the call straight away - felt like a scam for sure.
