my 14 year old son got hassled by these lot to switch from pay as you go. he ended the call, but then they rang back and left a voicemail calling him a big man for hanging up and then called him a total idiot!!! honestly, they are really unpleasant. i'm taking my son's phone and the message to trading standards, they need to be held accountable for this behaviour...
