I can't believe what my poor 14-year-old son has been subjected to! These so-called representatives harassed him about moving away from pay-as-you-go. When he had the sense to hang up, they had the audacity to call back and leave a nasty voicemail, calling him a ‘big man’ for ending the call and saying he's some sort of fool! Absolutely disgraceful behaviour! I’m not standing for this; I’ll be taking this matter to Trading Standards along with his phone and their outrageous message. They’ve messed with the wrong family!
