I've been getting calls from this number quite often.

I had a rather unfortunate encounter with a lady named Jenny from this firm regarding a PPI refund she'd claimed was already sanctioned. When I requested her to dispatch the cheque, she suddenly contradicted herself, stating it hadn’t been approved after all, which leaves me questioning her honesty. To make matters worse, she transferred my call to another colleague who was unapologetically impolite, telling me to be quiet. They initially hung up on me, only to call back and accuse me of ending the call myself! To top it off, I could hear a recording in the background during their second call, yet they failed to inform me that the conversation was being recorded, which surely flouts our trading standards regulations. It’s all rather dodgy!
