I've been getting calls from this number quite often.

I got a call from someone named Jenny claiming that my PPI refund was already approved. When I asked her to send the cheque straight away, she quickly backtracked and said it hadn’t been approved yet - sounds like she wasn’t being honest. Then she handed me over to another guy who was really rude and told me to shut up! They hung up on me at first, then called back accusing me of ending the call. I could hear a recorded voice playing in the background during the second call, but they never mentioned they were recording me, which I believe is against the trading standards rules here.
