I sent back a part I bought but still never got my money back.

I ordered an engine and was promised delivery within 4 working days. When it didn’t arrive by the 5th day, I called and was told it would be here on Monday. When Monday came and went, I rang again and was assured it would turn up Tuesday. Now, it’s been two weeks and I’m still waiting.

I bought a rear axle and they said it would arrive in 3-4 days. Well, it’s been 3 weeks and 4 days now with no sign of it. They even sent me a fake tracking number. Honestly, don’t bother ordering from these guys.

I bought a car seat off them ages ago, still no sign of it a full week later. They keep brushing me off, feels like I just wasted 60 quid for no reason.
