I got a call from a woman saying she wanted to send someone out to check the glass in my place because apparently it might not comply with the latest regulations. She kept asking if I was the owner of the house and all sorts of other questions. I wasn’t having any of it and cut the call short - just another scam trying to catch people out.

She's probably not gonna enjoy the coming years much, since she's gonna end up behind bars.
