I received a call from someone with an Indian accent who asserted that there were issues with my Talk Talk router, which, by the way, I don't even possess. When I pointed out that he was being untruthful, he became quite tenacious, insisting that his so-called information was relevant to my router. In an attempt to verify things, I dialled the number he provided, but it turned out to be unrecognised. Quite bizarre, really!
