What a right bother! This numpty keeps ringing me day in, day out, and the messages are just a load of drivel, blathering on about "thanks for using our services." It’s utterly maddening!

I reckon it's a bit of a con, to be honest. It had that classic contract discount scam vibe to it. The person on the other end was masquerading as someone from my broadband provider, Sky, but it was all a load of rubbish!

Got called by someone pretending to be from my phone company, trying to get me to sign a new contract. I saw through it straight away and blocked the number. Probably one of those scams going around!
