Just a few mins earlier, I got a recorded call saying it was from my internet provider, but they never said which one. Totally sounded like a scam to me, very obvious.

Just got the exact message a couple of minutes ago too. It’s obviously a scam since they want you to "press 1 to talk to a technician." Don’t fall for it!
