Picked up the phone to find it was a call centre—there was quite a racket in the background, with multiple voices buzzing away. The caller inquired whether I owned my home and if I was undertaking any energy-saving updates in my area. They also wondered if I had double glazing that was a decade old. I simply replied that I had no interest and chose not to engage with any of their questions.

Received a call from someone with a local dialect claiming they were conducting "energy testing" in my area. I won't be engaging with that, so I've blocked the number.

I’ve decided to block this number after seeing the feedback on here. They didn’t pick up when I called and didn’t leave a voicemail either, so I thought it best to just cut them off.
