got a call from this number and true caller showed it as some bloke calling himself boris johnson. sounded dodgy straight away, so i just hung up. they didnt even bother leaving a voicemail. total scam if you ask me.

I got a call from someone saying they were from Helping Hands Pension, kept going on about it and asking questions. Even when I told them I haven’t been with that pension for years, they just carried on. In the end, I just said “goodbye banana” and hung up.

When I called back, a woman's voice, all pre-recorded, just said "goodbye." Pretty obvious it was a rubbish scam - made me wanna punch the phone!

Got a call from 01254375032 claiming to be from ‘Helping Hands’ about some pension scheme. Told them we’re not interested in cold calls, but then the bloke rang again pretending to be from the city council. After that he got really pushy, started swearing and even said he knows where we live, threatening we’d be hearing from him again. Properly unpleasant experience.
