Got a call claiming they're doing free energy surveys around here. They asked if I owned the property. I asked why that even matters. Told ’em I wasn’t interested and hung up. Seems like one of those dodgy scams to me.

I was on the receiving end of a rather raucous phone call, making it quite challenging to grasp what the lady was blathering on about. Something to do with a ‘no-cost energy evaluation’ as they mentioned they were ‘operating in your neighbourhood’. It appeared they were quite keen on establishing, right from the outset, whether I owned the property in question. Naturally, I quizzed them on why that mattered. Ultimately, I made my position clear by informing them that I had absolutely no interest in a complimentary energy assessment and promptly ended the call. It all felt rather like they were fishing for a way to pull a fast one on unsuspecting folks.

Been getting calls from a call centre for ages now, always asking for someone who isn’t me. I've told them loads of times to remove that name from their system, but they just keep ringing. I've had this number for more than 20 years and honestly, I’m fed up with it. Didn’t even let them speak when they called this time, just so tired of repeating myself.
