I’ve gotten about 19 calls this week, all during work hours which is just my luck, but not once have they left a message. Seems odd coz if it was something serious or real, surely they’d leave a voicemail. The number always shows up from Blackburn, so I reckon it's just harassment. I’ve gone ahead and blocked it now.

This woman called me claiming I won a couple of free tickets for the EuroMillions lotto because I supposedly entered some online contest. Thing is, I never took part in anything like that. When I asked her when exactly I did enter, she said it was on 22nd May at 10:39am. I knew right away it was dodgy since I was at work then, so I told her that. She just hung up on me after that.

I received a call from a fella with a bit of an accent who addressed me by name and requested I verify it. He was also keen to get my address, yet curiously, he didn't disclose who he was representing. I've now put him on the blocked list!

I got a call from someone trying to get me to verify my name and address. Their accent was so hard to catch I couldn’t make out everything they said. I told them I wouldn’t give any details unless they told me who they were first. Right after that, they just ended the call.
