I don’t recognise a single person from Blackburn but I’ve gotten about a dozen calls in the last couple of weeks from different numbers there. Naturally, I didn’t pick up as it seemed fishy, and after looking it up, loads of folks have already flagged these as scam calls. Why isn’t the Government stepping in? When will police, phone companies, or Ofcom start cracking down and bringing in the call-blocking tech that other places like the US have been using for ages? This problem really needs sorting out.
