I kept trying to call back but no one answered. It was dead silent on the other end.

Got a call on my phone earlier from someone saying they were from Crown Glazing and wanted to arrange a ‘survey’. A couple of days ago I had a very similar ring from another Blackburn number - 01254 360447 - both seem like typical boiler-room scams to me. There's also a mobile number, 07511447160, which might be connected. I’ll look into those too but they all seem suspicious. They even mentioned a website called Planitherm, which I'm guessing isn't legit either.
