Definitely not ringing from Blackburn, even though the number showed as local around here. These lot use some kind of tech that fakes their number to look like it’s nearby. Tried ringing back but it just wouldn’t connect. Curiously, when I tried to call it back, I was greeted by a voicemail message informing me that I had reached an incorrect number.
