The caller actually used my name when he rang, but I didn’t say it was me. I asked him who he was, and he mentioned something about being with Crown or some company like that. Not really sure what it was. I just told him no thanks and ended the call.

Got a call at our place from a woman who kept asking for someone who isn’t even on the team here. I told her straight up the name doesn’t exist, but she repeated her request, almost like she was pretending I confirmed he was with us. She went on about it being really urgent about phones and tablets connected to the firm. The line kept freezing up a bit, like she was reciting some script, and honestly she was pretty curt and not very polite.
