Really confusing situation. First, they claimed to be from British Telecom, but then switched to saying they were with v4 telecom. They kept going on about a £20 total fee and tried to hurry me into agreeing. Then they mentioned a £14.99 charge for a router, plus a delivery fee nobody wants. I ended up making up a fake email just to stop the call. Didn’t help though, so I hung up, and they immediately rang back from a different number, 01634850335. If you've got elderly relatives, watch out for these scam calls!

Had two calls today from some telecom place, not sure if it's BT or not. I told them to take me off their list, but not sure they'll actually do it. The guy named Andrew was really aggressive and started shouting at me over the phone when I asked him to stop calling. Proper rude behaviour!
