someone called claiming to be "mark" from carphone warehouse trying to push some mobile deals. my number is registered on the business tps list, so i asked where they got my details from. he said my provider had given it, but when i pressed for which network, he couldn’t say. told him the call wasn’t legit and requested his last name, then he just hung up. contacted carphone warehouse afterwards and they confirmed it’s a scam, mentioned loads of these calls going around.
