I didn't catch the start of the call, but it was one of those automatic messages saying there were two dodgy purchases on my card. One was supposedly from Amazon and the other from some foreign currency site. They told me to 'press 1' to talk to someone about it - yeah, no thanks!

Got a call claiming there’s been some spending on my card, didn’t say which one though. They told me to hit ‘1’ to talk to someone about it. Totally a well-known scam, no doubt. I’ve already reported that number to the police.
