Some fake-sounding woman’s voice came on, all slick and rehearsed, saying something like “we’re aware you were in an accident that wasn’t your fault.” Then my call gets passed to this bloke who sounds like he’s talking through a rubbish internet line from somewhere like Bangladesh - his English was a mess, barely made any sense. I just told him I was six feet under already and ended the call.
