I got a call from someone claiming to be from BT, but as soon as I answered, they just started asking questions without checking if I was the account holder first. When I told them they should speak to the account holder, they went straight to "Is she there?" (the account is actually under my husband's name). That’s when I knew it was a dodgy call. I said no, she’s not here, and they just hung up on me.
