Really suspicious - they must have dug up our info from Facebook or somewhere online since we've got a small mobile events biz. They said they were from the "meter registration team" and had been contacted by "the suppliers" about the meters and supply. I just told them to bugger off.

They kept telling me I gotta pay an “urgent” bill or they’d be sendin a letter. I asked them to just send the letter so I could check it out instead of yammering on phone. They said that’s daft, like "If we send u the letter u gotta pay the bill!" I said maybe then, an they just dropped the call.

They keep ringing me incessantly, insisting they're the best option for energy sales and late registrations. I've told them repeatedly to stop, yet the calls just don’t let up. Absolutely dreadful bunch of individuals, honestly!

Got a call from this number claiming I owed money for electricity, which is totally not my bill at all. They didn’t even get my house number right, kept mixing up my street name too. Pretty sure it’s a scam. Every time they ring, I just tell 'em off, you should do the same!

Got a call just moments after from this number 01253 489408 saying we’d recently set up a business and must register with them. They claimed to be from Tyco and insisted we had to sign up for electricity and gas at our place. Seems like they’re just trawling websites and social media for businesses or events, then ringing the contacts they find to trick people into giving away personal info or bank details (luckily, I didn’t fall for it).
